The problem

Where they were stuck.

USMD helps med spas stay compliant and offers services and products for each practice. Their data lived across Jotform, SignNow, monday.com, ActiveCampaign, Stripe, Wix and a separate GHL sub-account. They were spending to grow but could not see what that spending returned.

What we built.

One new GHL account
Moved marketing, sales and operations into a single, fresh GoHighLevel account.

Ads and forms
Connected Meta and Google ads. Website forms now create contacts and opportunities automatically, with lead source tracked by ad ID.

Attestation system
Monthly patient charts signed by the med spa and the medical director used to sit in Jotform and be tracked by hand. Rebuilt in GHL with automatic status tracking.

Payments on autopilot
The ops team used to check each client’s Stripe payment monthly, chase past-dues and update Monday. Now it runs itself.

Messages, campaigns and calendars
Automated messages, email campaigns and calendar bookings, all from the same place.
