Inka sells wall art and prints in Australia, the UK and the US. Every batch meant checking orders, finding the right artwork, confirming sizes and quantities, sorting files and making packing slips by hand. As orders grew, this became the bottleneck, with more risk of missing artwork, duplicate prints and packing mistakes.
The team now spends its time producing and shipping orders, not preparing them.
